In Shopdecor we make sure that your online purchases are safe; for this we use certified electronic payments, accurate packaging and a full guarantee on products. All items in our shop, in fact, pursuant to the consumer code, are covered by a 24-month warranty for lack of conformity in the event that the customer is qualifies as a "consumer" (natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out).

The coverage of the guarantee is reduced to 12 months in all other cases in which the customer does not qualify as a "consumer".

 

Devoluciones y Cambios

Return for defects or errors: In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects or does not conform to what was ordered, we undertake to replace the product under warranty and without any further charge.

Return for damage caused during transport

If upon delivery, you find that the packaging is not intact, damaged, wet or otherwise altered, we kindly ask you to immediately write the sentence: "GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE" on the courier waybill, reporting on the same label, in detail, the damage suffered during transport.

 

As soon as you have received the goods and after having ascertained the presence of damage due to transport, we kindly ask you to let us know, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods: Contáctenos indicating in the email, the order references and details of the damaged goods.

 

It is necessary that you send us photographic documentation of the packaging received, of the damaged goods so that we can verify the extent of the damage that the products have suffered.

 

If the courier's document is signed without affixing any "RESERVE", unfortunately you will not be able to make any objection about the damage found on the products.

 

Once the return has been authorized, we will send you the carrier's prepaid label so that you can return the damaged product to us at no charge. Packages returned cash on delivery, and for which the prepaid label we sent you has not been used, will not be accepted.

 

The replacement of the products will take place at the same original address indicated in the order as soon as possible.

 

Importante: Returns must be packed in the original packaging and they must always be authorized in advance by Shopdecor Customer Service.

 
Returned by right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 55 and following of the Legislative Decree n. 206 dated 06 September 2005, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal and request the return of your order, in whole or in part. This right does not apply to products made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned.

You can choose whether to be refunded or to proceed with an exchange or replacement.

Los gastos de envío cobrados por la devolución de la mercancía serán los mismos que los gastos de envío pagados inicialmente por la entrega del pedido. En el caso de que el pedido haya sido enviado con un código promocional "envío gratis", los gastos relacionados con el envío de la devolución seguirán estando a tu cargo. En el caso de que Shopdecor le deje una etiqueta de devolución prepaga, el costo del envío se descontará del reembolso completo. El importe del envío variará según tu dirección y el tipo de producto; Puedes comprobar tú mismo el importe de los gastos de envío si añades el producto al checkout de shopdecor.



Formas y tiempos de reembolso

Una vez recibida la devolución, nuestro almacén verifica que el producto que ha devuelto está intacto y cumple con lo esperado e inmediatamente informa a la oficina responsable que realizará el reembolso. Por lo general, este procedimiento demora de 2 a 3 días desde la recepción del paquete. Le recordamos que el reembolso se realizará en el mismo método de pago utilizado para la compra. En caso de pago por transferencia bancaria, el reembolso también se realizará por transferencia bancaria y le pediremos que nos haga saber sus datos bancarios: IBAN, SWIFT y BIC necesarios para el reembolso. Los tiempos de procesamiento y abono pueden ser diferentes para cada método de pago y banco: generalmente entre 4 y 6 días hábiles. Recuerde que, como alternativa a un reembolso, puede optar por recibir un cupón, igual al monto del artículo devuelto, que puede utilizar para sus compras posteriores en todo el sitio y sin vencimiento.
